We facilitate the connection between Care Providers and “Care Seekers” – individuals searching for in-home care services. For the purpose of this Agreement, the terms “you” and “your” encompass any Care Provider who accesses the Site or the Services and, when applicable, any entity, such as an LLC or corporation, through which the individual operates their Care Provider business.
The Care with Compassion Home Services Website enables Care Seekers to get in touch with the company to communicate their specific care requirements. Additionally, Care with Compassion Home Services offers a range of features, which include but are not limited to:
– Conducting screening processes for licenses, insurance, background checks, and references as required.
– Utilizing matching technology to identify available Care Providers.
– Employing Electronic Visit Verification to validate the hours and locations where Care Providers have rendered their services.
3. Limitations on the Services
Care with Compassion Home Services will not assess the adherence of any Care Provider to the terms or conditions concerning their performance of services for a Care Seeker. The role of Care with Compassion Home Services is solely ministerial and administrative, serving the interests of the parties engaged in a contractual relationship established through the Site and Services.
Furthermore, Care with Compassion Home Services does not offer any medical, diagnostic, assessment, treatment, or clinical services, nor does it engage in any activities that necessitate a professional license or involve providing home care services.
4. Caregiver Eligibility to Use the Site and Services, Termination
To be eligible to utilize our Services, Caregivers must fulfill the following criteria:
- You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or older. If you do not meet this age requirement, refrain from registering or using the Site or Services.
- You must have legal permission to work within the United States.
- You must adhere to the relevant provisions outlined in the Background and Verification Check Section below.
By registering or using the Services provided by Care with Compassion Home Services, you assert, acknowledge, and guarantee that you meet the applicable eligibility requirements mentioned above. Moreover, you affirm that you possess the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms either for yourself or on behalf of another party. Additionally, as applicable, you commit to comply with all the terms stipulated herein.
